We detected a slow down or sometimes unavailability for some of our services on our Asia Pacific region this morning. This slow down lasted for a period of 6 minutes and service is now fully restored for all users.

Some users unable to sign-in

A number of users (<175) were unable to sign-in or use some of our products for a period of 6 minutes today.
The error displayed was due to a new software release and was immediately resolved by on-call engineers. All users who reported the issue to our Help Desk have been replied to individually.
